Bradley Cooper writing Sci-Fi film?

"Hangover II" star Bradley Cooper, 36, is apparently interested in writing a film adaptation of a 1980s science fiction novel.  Cooper reportedly already wrote a screenplay with a friend and pitched it to the production company who owns the rights to the book.
