Designed by Judy Schneider, the new décor incorporates the outdoor colors of a summer day; with Scalamandre and LeeJofa fabrics as accent points. Chef Peter Stiles is wrapping his coastal Maine cuisine menus around seasonally-available produce and seafood straight off the lobster boat. Memorial Day Weekend guests will be the first to savor and comment on what the chef is planning for the main dining room 88, the casual bistro Bogie's and the highly-anticipated Deck, the Inn’s oceanfront café, opening later in June.
